I just finished the above training with Frank Pannacchione (MCS) and I have to say it was wonderful! He was so energetic and gave me so many tips and tricks around this upgraded software! I’ve been on Win 10 for about a month and I’m still struggling to find things that I used to use. Frank showed me where to find what I had been searching for along with how to use toolbars and taskbars in a way I’ve never used them before! He’s truly great at his job, it’s his calling! I’m so glad that MSC is working with Voya for these training opportunities. I will be telling all my teammates to do this!!!
